What is your cancellation policy?

Bablic is risk free and has no commitment. Easily cancel your plan at anytime by visiting your dashboard or emailing [email protected]

How does the 14-day free trial work?

If you cancel your subscription within 14 days since checkout you are entitled to a full refund of the subscription price you payed. This does not include one-time purchase of professional human translation or extra machine translation words you purchased outside your subscription plan.

What are your translation options?

Bablic offers 3 different types of translation for your content. Choose from machine translation (free machine words with every plan), order professional human translation (starting from $0.05/word), or manually translate your content (no extra charge) alone, or by inviting collaborators.

Can I change plans?

Absolutely! You can easily change your plan anytime on Bablic by visiting your dashboard. Upgrade or downgrade at any time - There is no contract to keep you in your plan.

Does Bablic affect my website's performance?

Thanks to a combination of advanced caching Local Storage and an optimized CDN Bablic barely affects your website's speed/performance. If you actually notice a change in speed/performance please get in touch so we can help resolve it.

How are pageviews calculated?

We only count pageviews on translated content. Meaning, if your original website language (English, for example) gets 200,000 pageviews a month, but your Spanish version (translated via Bablic) only gets 30,000 pageviews a month - then we only count 30,000 pageviews out of your plan's quota. Pageviews are renewed every month, on all plans.
